Re: lets see some pics of your custom mods and/or fabrication
I've had quite a few requests for it, it's however not cost effective to fabricate these and send them half across the world. So...I attached a DXF of it, you can use it to build one yourself or take it to a machine shop that can punch/laser it out and then bend it and if you choose dimple die it. It's designed to fit a summit direct fit rad but there's room to spare so you can use rubber blocks to secure the rad if you wish. It may need some tweaking as I designed it specifically for my car w. the rad mounted dual spals (in pics above, also designed that bracket)

Re: lets see some pics of your custom mods and/or fabrication
i havent seen his interior, but his engine bay and exterior are very well thought out. all my pieces are handmade by myself (fiberglass/polycarbonate work). my interior hasnt even seen nothing yet. (even though i custom dash and console) i cant even make a list of what ive done, i forgot half of it already.....haha
Re: lets see some pics of your custom mods and/or fabrication
this year the engine will be running (with the new setup), chin spoiler in primer, hood in primer, custom rear window for the fiberglass notch and primered notch, custom tail lights started, and wire gauges. thats a decent list for this year.

Re: lets see some pics of your custom mods and/or fabrication
thats the plan.. check out sickhids.com they said they could make "monza" style lights for our 3rd gen..
and i ordered the cleanest set i could find in our motorcycle catalog.. and i plan on deleting the flip-ups making them go all the way across the plastic on the headlight .. with a 1x3 inch HID fog lights on each side at the corners.. flush of course

Isn't it illegal for them not to be amber? And I've never seen your car around before...

Re: lets see some pics of your custom mods and/or fabrication
i started on the 5" daytona hood extension. heres a few pics of what i did so far.

i am no longer keeping it to a point like the stock daytona hood goes, instead im making the front start like a normal cowl.

Re: lets see some pics of your custom mods and/or fabrication
Are you keeping the stock shape then & just making it taller? You gonna 'glass it, then burn out the foam, or leave that area "solid"? Gonna leave those openings at the rear like they are? Fill them? Or extend them up into the taller section?

Re: lets see some pics of your custom mods and/or fabrication
im keeping all the same shape except the very front. the daytona hoods come to a point. im going to make it like a cowl hood then flare out to the daytona size. im going to glass is, and keep the center see through with my polycarbonate sheet as in my previous posts. the side vents will be extended and also have polycarbonate sheets to make it see through. when done it will be a 5" daytona turbo/cowl

Cool
I'm wondering how your going to taper the foam in the front to make it even.

Dude... I just went into one of those pics and it started to give me a virus... It looked like the "antivirus" virus that is kind of nasty. If I were you, I would use something like Photobucket, and [IMG] your pics into threads. I think I stopped it in time..hopefully haha.
