I am in the middle of installing mini tubs and I have a question. It looks like I can just cut on the seam of the old tub? I am using the wolf kit. Any help would be great.

Find my thread for pics of what to cut. You remove the inner half at the seam flush to bushing for shock mount

I looked at your thread. Allot of the pictures do not come up anymore. I am not talking about the inside of the tub I am talking where the new tub half meets up with the stock tub half. There is a stock seam right in the middle. I will try and take pictures of it tonight.Originally Posted by xpndbl3

If it doesn't fit yet keep cutting lol. Post what you cut so far then.

I will tomorrow when i am working on it. Also i am using a plasma cutter.
I got the driver tub about 70 percent done. I was totally over thinking this. One last request. How did you guys finish the tubs off by the fuel filler neck and fuel door? Anyone have pics of the inside of the wheel well facing the filler neck.

Cardboard cutouts and traced onto sheet metal and welded it up

Daverr, whose tubs are those, custom made? Looks like I need to notch the frame on mine like several others have done, but it makes the Wolfe racecraft pieces a lot more of a hassle

Instead of subbing to all of these dead threads you might want to try google image search.
"mini tub site:thirdgen.org"
All the pictures will be at your disposal and are linked to the individual threads.
