Hello. I have been shopping for another car and figured it cannot hurt to make a post here.

My ideal car would be:

1989 - 1990 GTA Trans Am
Either 5.7L TPI w/auto trans or 5.0L TPI w/manual trans
Hard top
Decent running condition
Max budget $6,000

I am open to other years, t tops, base Trans Am, and Formula, but ideally am looking for a car that fits the above criteria. I intend to daily drive the car as much as possible, so I am not looking for a project car at this time. I have been keeping a close eye on the forums and craigslist, and do realize that the cars in very good condition tend to be priced above my budget. However, if you have a car for sale, or know of one for sale, in the New Jersey area that fits this description, please contact me because I am ready to buy.

It's a 350 TPI car. the motor is locked up but everything else is good. Selling for $2000 but will consider a reasonable offer.

 

im kinda far from you but have been considering selling mine.

89 GTA T tops.
LT1 t56 from (93) camaro SS fresh factory rebuild on trans
355 tpi completely rebuilt less than 1500 miles on motor

motor has lt4 cam from 93 vette.
l98 roller motor with roller tip rockers. polished the intake runners (slp runners) rebuilt 9 bolt posi rear end, standard GTA lace wheels with newer tires. have about 2000 miles on them but a few years of sitting. hooker 2055 headers 3" from the y all ther way to a 2OTL styled muffler.

msd ignition box is currently hooked up but i noticed a drop in power and mileage

has founders rear lower control arms and tubular pan hard bar. new fuel tank with new walboro 255 pump installed.

no A/C components.

83 c30 4bolt main block
New pistons
New rods
Crank reground .020 over
Bored .030 over
Lunati bracket master cam (part# 00017)

Heads-
Stock GTA heads that have been freshened up
New pushrods

Intake-
Stock GTA TPI
Cold air intake

Brand new radiator


New plugs
New distributor
new fuel injectors
new fuel filter
new fuel pump



New O2 sensor
3" cat back to a flowmaster 80 series muffler
newer rear pads

2 new front tires
Rear tires have good tread left
coolant temp sensor replaced
New knock sensor


Stock 700r4 trans with a shift kit

There is probably more that i'm forgetting but I have a big bag full of reciepts

the car does need a few things such as paint and a new headliner, there is a dent in the rear passenger quarter panel (I can possibly have this pulled out before selling it)
