IROCSTANG- UMI NEXT GP

I would personally like to organize this GP for these 4 components:

Lower Control Arm Relocation Brackets:

--1982 - 2002 GM F-Body Lower Control Arm Relocation Brackets Weld-In

--1982 - 2002 GM F-Body Lower Control Arm Relocation Brackets Weld-In Only Fits Moser Engineering 12 Bolt and 9" Housings

Lower Control Arms:

--(D) 1982-02 GM F-Body Tubular Non-Adjustable Lower Control Arms

--(E) 1982-02 GM F-Body Tubular Adjustable Lower Control Arms

--(F) 1982-02 F-Body Double Adjustable Chrome Moly Control Arms

Torque Arms

--1982-02 GM F-Body Transmission Mounted Adjustable Torque Arm

--1982-2002 GM F-Body Transmission Mounted Non-Adjustable Torque Arm

And panhard Rods

Adjustable, non adjustable and double adjustable. Will post pics at later time.

What do you all think?

If you go to the UMI website and look at the torque arms that don't mount to the tranny for the 93+ F-bodies, you can get an idea of what the torque arm will look like for 82-92. It's supposed to be availible soon. Talk to Ryan about that one. That may be a nice choice for a torque arm. Add a driveshaft loop on it and you have a very nice piece of equipment.

I have talked to some people on other forums that are waiting for what we decide to do on this next GP. We might go for something simple to keep people interested.

How about a panhard rod first???

I would like to wait if they are designing a new torque arm setup that isn't tranny mounted.

Im still in for Tubular Non-Adjustable LCA's, and LCA Relocation Brackets (Weld-In). I'm going to wait for the new non tranny mounted torque arm.

Count me in for a set of double-adjustable LCA's and the relocation brackets. This'll be great when it goes through, UMI's been great so far with us.

The non tranny mounted one removes the chance that you could damage your tranny do to excessive torque from an extremely built engine.

So on a stock or bolton car its overkill and not worth the extra dough!
