I have recently arranged a group purchase of rear spoilers from Hawks for my '89 Turbo Trans Am. One of the TurboTransAmForum members suggested I also post it here as I understand it also fits some Camaros, so here it is:
Hawks will sell the spoiler for $50 off regular price of $399, and also waive the $15 crating fee, if I get orders for at least 10 spoilers. I have already ordered two for myself (have two TTAs) and a number of TTA Forum members have said they also want one or more, so I probably will meet the 10 minimum order quantity, but the more the better!
The deal is, you call Hawks, number is 864-855-2694, and choose extension 11 to talk to Steven (you must order through him) and tell him you want in on the TTA discount arranged by Charlie (that's me). He will collect orders until he has 10 or more, then will ship them out, or hold for pickup. He doesn't have a deadline for this, but I would encourage you to call as soon as you can in case he might have a limited quantity available.
I have heard that these spoilers are much better than the originals, they are primed ready for paint, and include all hardware and instructions.

Is this limited to the style aerowing used on the TTAs or can I purchase one for a 91-92 car?

 

I only talked to them about the TTA type spoiler, so I don't know if they would include any others. If you call Steven at Hawks, he will tell you what he will do as he is the one who set up the deal for me. You might have to get a quantity purchase, same as I did.

Just got my spoiler, looks great, but wasn't the $15 crate fee supposed to be waived?

 

I just talked to BJ at Hawks and they will refund your crating fee. Just call 1-864-855-2694 and talk to BJ at Hawks to get it done. They apologized for the mistake.

That makes three of us so far.

A couple of GTA Source Page members say that there was a 3 - 5 month wait for their spoilers from Hawks. Guess a new spoiler install isn't in the cards for this summer if that's still the case.

They have a more recent GP on spoilers that started back in March.
