If youre concerned ask for a refund.
If no response contact paypal and start a dispute.
If you disnt pay with paypal, potential lesson learnt, protect yourself and utilize paypal.
I might add that these are formed from gm marker lights so im sure they fit well.
Theyll sure look great on our pontiacs!

Re: Custom Side Marker Lights!
When I did my rear ones I carefully pried the old lens off (you can see where they been glued together from the factory) and got them off but in a few large bits. Then used a dremel to clean up the housing properly before putting the new lenses on the housings.
I would just pick up a nice used set of marker lights and use those (that's what I did) and put your originals away just in case you want to swap back at some point in time.

Thirdgenranch is a good cheap source; this is where I bought the ones (rear marker lights and 3rd brake light) that I had sent directly to Jason @ Klearz.com to make the molds from.

Re: Custom Side Marker Lights!
Wow.
I finally did get my lenses, even though I never again received any reply to my emails.
So here are some pics.
I ordered smoked amber and smoked red lenses.
IMO, the castings needed some minor refinement, so I treated them with some sanding action around the edges and the backside to get smooth sealing surfaces.
Two of the lenses were strangely warped, even though they came wrapped up very carefully.
Got out my regular hair dryer and applied whatever heat it could give so the lenses would sink into an even form.
They visible lens areas btw are perfectly smooth, no scratches, nothing that needs correcting.
I'm waiting for an extra set of sidemarker housings to attach them to. Perhaps I'll give the housings a chrome spray treatment first, we'll see.

Re: Custom Side Marker Lights!
Ok, so there's another catch on the front markers. The lenses are usually different ones for left and right casings, the difference being the location of a tiny bulge below the visible area.
There's a part of the fender in the way, so the driver's side lense needs to be trimmed in that area.
The smoked amber lenses turn out to give a slight red tint to the emitted light.
I do not envy anyone who has to separate old lenses from their housings. That was a PITA to do!

Re: Custom Side Marker Lights!
The rears also usually have a left and right side... these lenses do not and they need to be carefully adjusted, plus the holes need to be redrilled for the frames to go through.
I highly recommend getting an extra set of side markers and not experimenting on the old installed ones, because the stock lenses are always glued on to the casings differently and tend to break in several places.
Look nice, though. Will try brighter bulbs, because they are also rather dark.
