IROC-Z vs. Corsica
IROC-Z vs. Corsica
Ok, what do you think, I just got my 1990 IROC-Z with 305 TPI
and w/c T-5 transmission out from a long hibernation in the frozen north. (near Buffalo!) Today I was sitting inside a deli, looking at a magazine and some guy in a maroon corsica pulls up and aked who owns the IROC. Being very proud of my car I immediately spoke up. He then asked me to race and I turned him down
. Now I am curious, Who would win: ?

When I first read the thread I could not believe it was not a joke....
I had (actually just sold) a 96 V6 Corsica, while it was a peppy car with the 3.1, an Iroc it CERTAINLY was not. Unless your car is so sick that it burns a quart of oil ever 100 miles or so and barely runs, you will smoke him. V6 Corsica's run in the 16's at best. You should run low 15's.
