89 Camaro Build Sheets

I found this (whats left of it), I think is the build sheet for my Camaro.. Is there anyone else with a 89 RS, what has theirs in one peice that can post a picture so that I can see where to tape the loose piece. It actually was in several pieces too.. Thanks.

One thing I wonder is why the model number ends in 87, you'd think because it's an 89, that it would end in 89.

I don't have the build sheet, but I do have the original window sticker if that helps.

the FP87 is part of the VIN third gens (except maybe verts?) vins start with 1g*fp87, the star indicating the manufactuer-1 for chevy 2 for pontiac, I think some of the special cars like the firehawks may have had a different # there. The other numbers indicate f car and body style.
