91 formula 350 t-top??

I know there were about 1360 91 formula 350's produced. I was originally under the impression that 91 350's were not made with T-Tops, but "Mdformul350" has one and I have recentaly found one for sale and it checks out on carfax. Has anyone else found any or does any one know ow many were made with T-Tops?

Thanks

I'm not sure how many there were, but there were a few that snuck out of the assembly plants before they shut production down on the t-top/350 combo. From what I hear, they are fairly rare.

I've always heard that the only way to get the 350/T-top combo was with (for some strange reason) the PW7 wheels.

Which are exactly the wheels MDFormula350 has.

So it was possible though I think not too many came that way.

in some of the cars it was a dealer opt. (sort of a shorter way of saying the Dealer Modded the car to a point)

you right, the option was that if you ordered the 350/t-tops you got the gta rims...

at least that what i have heard, i wonder how many car are like mine, with the same options and stuff..

my car even came prewired for fog lights!! i just got done installing all the factory stuff in my car. it needed the foglights and mounting stuff, fog light switch with the 3 switch panel, a 20 amp fuse, and the relay.. usually i thought formula's did not come with that sort of stuff.

350 t-tops didn't exist. I've seen it in person, they don't exist.

Were you able to get the RPO codes on the car? That would tell the whole story....

I was kidding. I saw Mdformula's car in person, I was just acting like some people do when they swear something doesn't exist.

Ah but its different in a Camaro. There are plenty of those.

On Firebirds its a very rare combo. Enough so that people have questioned their existence.

This gals is a Dealer opt. The Dealer ordered it from The Factory this way. IN washington state I see lots of 350s with t-tops in FireBirds.

Crazycg, dealer option usually means that the dealer had it installed after they recieved it. Factory options mean that you or a dealer could order it that way from the factory before the dealer took possession.

As for this debate, I have seen as many 91's as 92's if not more 91 Formula's with the CC1 & L98 Combo. 1 or 2 at the T/A nats, and one locally.

And yes with the CC1 & L98 combo you would get the Black T/A spoke rims standard in 91 & 92...

Glad I bought it then, it only has 29K garage kept miles on it and has plenty of high end mods- bear brakes, 17"ROH's, a Dana rear and plenty more I will look for the codes when I pick it up, but there is no evidence of any kind of tampering

Thanks
