not sure, people can just bring them too and from Canada though right. so the number would decrease or increase.

your right though not many 92 z28's were made, because of the last year and all..

were most of the 92's t-top cars? I won't call my car rare, but it is a hardtop. I just wondered how those were split.

Yeah I've been looking at that one too... it had a SOLD sign on it for a while over the summer but it's still there now.

A 10% is a decent yardstick to use. Maybe be + or - a little.

Actauly if GM canada restoration services sent you a package--it lists how many of a model were exported.

Yes, you have to pay--although I'm not sure if they could do it for a 92. But I got great infor from them on my old 74 T/A

(my memeories a little rusty on exact specifics)

1992 Camaro Production Figures

60,994 RS Coupes
2,562 RS Convertibles
5,197 Z28 Coupes
1,254 Z28 Convertibles
70,007 Total*

*I have documentation that shows that 70,008 total were produced!

28,003 equipped with t-tops, therefore most 1992 Camaros did not have t-tops.

All figures from the Camaro White Book

Hey Willie were is this 'Documentation" you speek of. I'm not doubting you, I just want a copy of it. I've done extinsive research on the 92's and everything says 70,007. Please let me know.

Stiffler, call 1-800-222-1020 and give them your VIN

I received it from one of our members on this site. Please forgive me as I did not record who I got it from. Hopefully, he reads this and claims it. It is a printout from the dealership he works at. This printout shows the VIN and all RPO codes. The last six digits of the VIN are 170008. If the published figure of 70,007 is correct, shouldn't the last Camaro built have the VIN ending in 170007?

Yours is the 2,531st Camaro produced out of a total of 70,007 (we'll stick with the official count). Therefore, yours is a very early production 1992. I'm not sure what the 5,900 is you're referring to.

If the 70,007 is correct the last VIN would end 170006. A VIN of 170008 would be the 70009 car.

100000 = 1
100001 = 2
100002 = 3..........etc

The count starts at 100001. (Makes it easier to sum it up.)
