how many were produced?

Does anyone know how many, or where I could find out ASAP how many 87 GTA's had digital dashes.. looking at getting a new car and wondering if I can get the cheaper insurance

well if I can get it classified as a Limited edition, then I can get Collector plates, and get insurance for $250 for the year.. instead of $2000 or so
