what makes a car have 1AY RPO (dealer order)
was the car originally a demo then sold? i know my 89 iroc was solid black paint, B2L-L98, with no iroc-z or 5.7 tuned port injection stickers and it had the side stripe delete RPO, and VERY dark windows, all stock. could a normal order car be gotten like this?

1AY is a car that is ordered by a dealership for their stock and 1AZ is a buyer ordered car. I see no reason why an employee wouldn't/could not have ordered a car with DX3 for the lot.
