Well your car is an export car it looks like so maybe those funky codes have something to do with special export only equipment.
What things on your car are out of the norm for a U.S. 92 Trans Am?

Export car? Hmm.. I don't think so. I do know that the car is a former undercover cop car though. I pulled the siren out from under the nose, there was some kind of elec box mounted under the rear glove box that I removed. There's a heavy cable that tap's into the antenna wire and runs under the pass door sil to the rear corner by the spare. There is a toggle switch inside the console that the former owner said was a kill switch for the tail lights but no longer works. There a few led's between the fog light/trunk/rr defog switchs which I guess were cop lights of some kind. There's what looks like a mic plug in the pass lower dash. under the pass visor there's a hole and indentation where the red light was mounted. But all this seems to be add-on stuff rather than factory equip. There also is a viper alarm and a load of extra wiring under the dash. When I got the car the horn didn't work, turns out they tapped into the hon wires for power, I unplugged their wires and plugged the black horn wires together again so I have a horn again. I don't know of anything out of the ordinary about the car. All the factory equip works as well as the alarm. The red led on the right is for the alarm, not sure about the others.
Here's a pic of the led's FWIW

Well I don't recall off hand ever seeing anything but an export car with ZV1 however your car does not have any of the other export codes that's for sure.
I'm sure none of the items that were installed on it for police use would have RPO codes. Did you do a carfax on it? Was a police car from new?
Those unknown codes certainly are interesting ones that for sure. I hope somone else here can shed some light...

I did a carfax 2 years ago, the first entry was Nov 97 at 55k for smog, then July 00 at 75k for Title issued and DMV odometer reading recorded. I bought it in Sep 00. 75k miles. A cop friend did mention once that when the police bought these cars they were bought new 'of the lot'.

A buddy of mine has a '92 T/A 350 that was an ex DEA car out of Florida. He has the AAA option too, he also has JG1 (aluminum driveshaft)
AAA: EQUIPMENT - 4-WAY MANUAL SEAT ADJUSTER
What does that have to do with paint
My 92 GTA has AAA and JG1, that doesn't really mean anything.
So you are saying that FLT is a fleet option?

FLT - Fleet processing option
R6U - Comfort Group
VQ5 - Bumper Component
VX5 - Bumper Component
YA7 - Emmisions Test, California Assembly Line
ZV1 - Manufacturers Statement of Origin (MSO)
1SZ - Option Package Discount

Hey thanks for the help guys.
Scott, where did you find the RPO's? I checked several sites and couldn't find any than I got here.
On the AAA - 4-WAY MANUAL SEAT ADJUSTER
I found the same on other sites, but strangely I also have
AH3 = ADJUSTER, 4 WAY MANUAL DRIVER SEAT, sounds the same to me. Unless one is the adjuster, the other is the seat.
On the R6U VX5 VQ5 I was hoping for something a little more specific but I know a lot of the descriptions are not, oh well.
Thanks again.

AAA is ADDITIONAL STANDARD EQUIPMENT, regardless of what this or any other site has.
AH3 is the ADJUSTER, 4 WAY MANUAL DRIVER SEAT.
AR9 is the seat.
On the VX5 VQ5, for a '92:
VQ5 was a FLEET PROCESSING OPTION.
VX5 was FLEET INCENTIVE INVOICE CREDIT.

I wish I'd seen this earlier over at www.gtasourcepage.com
They also have a RPO decoder, this is part of their notice.
"If you have a code that you do not see listed, then it is not a mechanical code, but refers to some kind of internal communication, buyer rebate or allowance, or special usage (state, federal, etc.). I only obtained all of the codes that pertain to option usage and production."
So they list the things we're most interested in. From what I've noticed Rxx usually = Group or package of somekind, I wouldn't worry to much about it. If you want to keep searching, what I did was go to Yahoo or whatever and search for "RPO codes", quite a few sites turned up. Good luck.
