Should I do it?

A buddy of mine has an 84` berlinetta for sale and is asking 900$ its got every thing to complete its restoration. he wants 450$ down this friday and next 2 months the rest, It needs paint and intiror finshed witch would take a few hours and thats it. Its a 350 76 blazer motor droped in with 4-barrel, hi-rise, intake, mild cam and new cat back with timing advanced 27 degress i think gie or take a few. also comes with alot of extras. The body has no rust at all any where and only had 60k miles then stored for the last 10 years. and comes with a b&m slap shift. I drove it on thursday night and every thing operates well drives streight and scared the **** out of me. Thanx
