i got a 1983 z28 and the badges on the fender gfx are thicker and made of plastic and has two plastic things that stick out the back of it that u push into the holes on the gfx to make them stay. i only see this type of badges on 82 83 and 84 z28s i think then they change it to how the badge is on the back bumper (thin rubber u glue on). i was wondering did only pre 85 z28 come with these badges?? and what diffrent colours are available for my badges??

All side GFX/rocker emblems are plastic with the two little things sticking out the back.

All the way to 92.

 

They're all the same. The 1985 - newer rocker panels had a recessed area for the emblems. That's why they appear flush.

They originally came in a multitude of tri-colors. Today, most colors are gone.
