I found "Knight rider" for the NES but other then that and the new knight rider game i havent found any more thirdgens. Ive been buying all sorts of car games but all they seem to have is 1st and 4th gens. Anyone know of a game with a thirdgen in it? Thanks

 

I think I remember a GN site making a computer game with the TTA in it.

 

Drag racer version 3, the web game, has what seems to be a third gen Camaro, it looks like one, but it doesn't have the 350 engine listed for it's engine.

 

Yeah, it's got a 3rd gen 'maro in it. I got a screen shot of it i'l post for ya when I'm not tired as hell!...I gotta resize it first and all that crap.

Almost positive the 1992 z28 anniversary edition is in GT2. Crap, I take that back, must have been another game, sorry.

 

The are no Thirdgens in any Gran Turismo yet to date. GT4 is rumoured to have 500 plus cars, maybe they will include a 3rd gen this time but dont hold your breath .

 

I could've sworn there was a 92 in either gt1 or gt2. I got GT2 'cause I thought for sure it was in it but it wasn't. And I guess it isn't in #1 either.... (arcade mode is where I remember seeing it). Perhaps it was only in the demo or something and was taken out, 'cause i could've sworn I played a third gen in a gt.

from the box there isnt a 3rd gen in Need for Speed 3, but I downloaded an 88 Iroc 350 tpi for it. look at my screen shots above. pretty realistic the creater owns a 3rd gen.

 

There is no thirdgen anywhere in GT1, 2 or 3 im positive of that. Also did anyone else ever notice I believe it was GT2 that one of the cars that u can win is listed as 96 Camaro z28 Anniversary Eddition and sports the 97 white with orange stripes???? or was i the only one who ever caught that cause it always bothered me being a fbody junkie

 

Tokyo Extreme Racer III has a thirdgen firebird. takes a while to get it but its worth it

Accurate specs?! 0-60: high 6's, 1/4 Mile: low 15's? Sounds more like LB9 Auto specs. Not even most non-G92 L98s ran that slow stock and in good condition.

Yeah i kno i was asking myself why are those **** poor numbers for a L98. I seen poor cond l98s run bettter thenn those #s. L98 should be 0-60 like 5.7secs- 6.3 1/4 lows 14s to high 14s.... Mine ran low 14s with just a exhuast.....

 

ok sorry, maybe i should have put it down as "More accurate specs" but compared to those other joke for 3rd gens...1 of wich tops out at 266 i think they are pretty good.... I dont think when those guys skin those cars they can just program in what the performance should be and its probably a lot of trial and error, and a lot of work......one of the two that i like was made by someone who frequents another thirdgen messabe board (IROCZONE) i believe, and i think he did a great job to make an at least somewhat accurate 3rd gen....

what is the Need for Speed game, is it a web game or what? does it have anything to do with the need for speed games for consoles? just curious because it sounds pretty interesting.
