Definately a wack job by someone who went nuts with a paint gun. You should see the rest of the pics; particularly the engine compartment, everything painted black. Has different years rims and a Chevy steering wheel, dash and interior swap. Considering where it is located, I am not surprised.

The 85-92 T/A hood looks good on there, the 4th gen emblems don't fiot so well though. Hey that Lumina Steering wheel is the same one i have in my Iroc (i just put it on last week)
