Its a BS package he's trying to make up for a selling point. See the questions at the bottom? He can't even tell you what his "vet package" is. Shackles to make it perform like a vette

 

"Vet" package? Does it come with some puppies in the back seat?

 

Its probably another case of vette-envy, Like when people state that it has the "corvette Engine" which is true only to the extent that its the same block.

Even the magazines at the time, wrote about the detuned 350 Corvette engine going into the F-bodies.
It has been advertized that way as well.
Probably were everyone gets it from.
Everyone knows the biggest engine since 1980, in a F-day, was the 305. The Corvette always got the 350 engine.
Nothing big about it, as the 350 in the F-bodies always got detuned.

I e-mailed the guy telling him he was full of it there is no vett package, and he sent an angry reply saying it was special order from factory and gave me a # to call the dealer that sold it.

The problem is that some poor dumb sap will buy it believing that bs.

 

Another thing, look closely at the interior pics and you can see a nice bright double pinstipes that stand out. On the outside picture of the entire car, no pinstripe! Me thinks its not the same car.

 

Look closely to the 1/4 just behind the door. You can see the pinstripe on it.

look at the IROCZ lettering...... it doesnt look like my Irocz stripe kit that i had.....

and why is there 2 stripes.... the pinstripe up on the top of the fender lines and the bottom irocz stripe kit on the ground effects?? never seen that before

 

No pinstriping is stock! It was all dealer or customer applied. The graphics at the bottom of the door is a different story. This car had them replaced with something else. I was commenting on the pinstripe that is visible from the interior shots. It can barely be seen on the whole body shot. The pictures on eBay are of the same car.

 

I would think by looking at the pix, it has been re-painted, Note the IROC-Z decal that looks like it belongs on the Dodge Daytona car, but with a "Z"

 

and plus the decal should be toward the rear too.

 

i saw a video for a the 87' z28/iroc. they aadvertised it asa vette engine with differnt cyl heads and manifolds.

 

In all, the body looks nice, but the seller has no freakin clue what the hell he is talking about. Shackles? Come on. This is just propaganda that has been used for a selling point. Now besides the body, the rest of the car doesn't look that great. I mean the interior has some issues. We have no idea how hard this 300 hp vette engine has been rode considering it's about to roll over 100k. Honestly it might be a good project car to play with but not for 4,651.00. At least that is what the cost is at right now. Oh well, hopefully nobody here gets suckered into buying this thing.

Any 350 in any Chevy could claim that. A block is a block.
