I bought my 87 Z-28 two months ago for $2k. I know I got a great
deal on it, and it is very, very clean. It needed tires and some
cooling system work, but other than that it was dealership maintain-
ed and documented. I'd say it was a decent deal you got.

Bob, it sounds like a good price but it's hard for me to judge completely without actually looking at the car.
Mr. Hall, is your '87 Z28 white with gold striping? I've noticed one this color in my neighborhood recently and haven't seen you on this site before.... just wondering.

Well, I see that your in NY. If its not rotted out, it sounds like you got a good deal.
I paid 3k for my 88 which had been well maintained, no winters etc... Mine had new tires, radiator, altenator, new AC Conversion to R134A.
