Where can I found out how many T/A's were painted what color in 1990? Mine is the ultra blue metallic with silver ground effects. On the rear bumper where the license plate goes, theres some original writing that says "90-273" that mean anything? Perhaps "1990, #273"

 

There is no way to know how many of what color were made.Unless you have acesse to gm records

Just be happy you have low production # trans am.Only 1054 1990 trans am's made

And if it makes you feel better i haven't seen many blue 1990 T/A's

camarosource.ca has the paint production numbers for Camaros, but I need them for Trans Am's

 

It has it for Camaros, but doesn't say how many IROCs where painted what color. We know how many Firebirds where painted what color, but we have no idea how many where Trans Ams, Formys, or base models...

 

So how many Firebirds were painted ultra blue metallic(98) in 1990?

Actually if you hae a little information you could get it closer:

The Light Blue AKA Maui-Blue was not availalbe on the GTA... It was only on the Trans AM, Formula and Firebird. Therefore you can narrow it down a little....
