1984 firebird ?

Hi,

I got a 84 v6 firebird and was wondering what kind of transmission came in it.And also,I might be selling my pmd seats out of my 82 S/E .There mint blue parella cloth...the drivers seat has a penny size piece of cloth missing tho.So what should I ask for the set...rear and fronts.

thanks

Why you selling the seats? As car in that condition should be left all together. That interior is beautiful man. Just an opinion though.

82knightrider - if you sell those seats I would be interested. I have an 82 TA with blue deluxe interior. Earlier this year I bought 8 yards of NOS Blue Parella cloth to have some new seats covers made but if I could find a nice set, that would be cool. I’m working on restoring my car to as close to factory as possible. Would you include the seat belt guilds? As far as price you should check eBay and see what they are selling for. Let me know if your interesting in selling.

I love the blue interiors and the red ones. What were they thinking in the 80's? :P

Is the car an auto or manual? (people don't say look at the pix it's an auto, that's his other car!)

Slight hijack: -

Never realised that the rear seat could be a one-piece affair rather than split folding.
Interesting. (Well it is to me!)

Interesting. (Well it is to me!)

spits are odd, never see them, cept for once
and was in an 84 s/e v-6 5 speed i scrapped

i saved the seats yes, but are that crappy light beige color, but are super clean cloth and front pass side one too

ill never use them though...

collecting dust til i scrap them some day
unless someone trades me something i can use for them and saves the seats' life

otherwise all the third gens ive ever had and sene are one piece rear seats, even my 82 level III T/A is one piece rear and the 82 Z-28 out here, and so forth,

it seems split backs are pretty rare, or extremely uncommon at least

in the states anyways

hmm..

i should put the 84 s/e light beige cloth seats i have in classifieds so i can finally get rid of them maybe,

tired of looking at them.,
