It looks like a pretty good condition car tho... Not a big fan of the KITT scene, probably because most of them are half done, or things do not work, I will say a well done, nothing out of place K.I.T.T. does look pretty killer, unfortunately most are not that way.
Just from looking at the pix, it appears that its about 90 to 95% done, From what I can tell the TV's are not hooked up or something as there just white. Little stuff like that is important IYAM.

So those are real TV's? Neat! What do they do (not in the show, but in replica cars?)
I think it's pretty cool. Not sure if covering your lights is legal... but who would give K.I.T.T. a ticket?

Actually the red light on the front is illegal to drive with on, at least in MI, they consider it "impersonating an Officer" 
Any ways,
As far as what they do in replicas, I have seen cameras for backing up, DVD / VCR players, etc...

I don't care what anybody says, that interior looks sweet when lit up at night.
It doesn't look like a POS to me. It looks pretty darn close to KITT, but i'm not a pro. Give the guy credit, I don't like knight rider or the whole KITT thing, but it does look pretty nice.
