original part no. for foglights?
can someone give me the original gm part number for foglights on the iroc/z28 newer body styles? i need to replace them on my car and can't seem to track down the numbers.

Yes, I looked them up for 1992. What I found amazing is that they are seven digit part numbers. Typically only very old GM parts have only seven digits! That isn't the case here.

I don't know if there all the same but apparently some of the aftermarket lenses and driving lights are the same size and even look and attach the same as some of the factory ones. I had a friend who just bought a handfull of lenses for his 86 T/A that happened to be aftermarket, but otherwise identical to the OEM ones, and for only a few bucks.

"blazer" brand lights for the s10 have the same lenses, but different mounting methods. good news is you can just retain your original factory metal carrier and swap in the new bulb and lens. they end up being brighter too. gonna pick up some of those in the next couple of days.
