Missing RPO code sheet(can i get a replacement)

I am missing the code sheet in my 85 trans-am. I was wondering if i could go to gm with the vin to get a new sheet. Does anybody know where i can do this?

Yes and no. I don't think you can get a copy of the original RPO sheet. However, you can get a printout of all of the factory RPOs that came on your car by going to your local Pontiac parts dept. and requesting a SPID sheet on your car.

I'm not sure if they can go back to 1985 though. I got one for mine and it's an '89. Make sure you have your VIN ready to give them when you ask for the printout.

The dealer I went to didn't charge me for the printout, but a $$$ hungry dealer may charge for it. It shouldn't be more than about $10.00 at the most if they do.

they can't go back past 89. Do you know where the build sheet is located and does it tell the rpo codes on it?
