Edit...Did an internet search on "Sutherlands" turns out it is Sutherlands American Car Sales, of Queensland Austrailia which imported cars from America. Their homepage http://www.sutherlandscars.com.au/Welcome.htm
has the same "sutherlands" logo as on the floormat.

 

i wonder what RPO code that is.

I also wonder what the export tail light code is.

 

IIRC it was not a factory thing, rather it was a conversion done in Australia.

I never saw a GM "converted" F body. They were done overseas by private shops.
Costs a ton on money.
