Are there any Fog lamps on the market That will look and opporate close to OE and NOT cost an arm and a leg. Do tell.

 

Wal Mart has some that are REALLY close to the OEM ones. I've only seen them on a buddys car, after he told me they weren't OEM. I always thought they were OEM.

He's right....I added the pics of the parking lights, not fog lights. But I stand by what I said.....Wal Mart has good replacements on the shelf.

Ive seen fog lights on chevy astro vans and also buick regal GS`s that look just like the iroc fog lights.They mount exactly the same and fit perfectly on the factory mounting brackets.Only difference is the lens is flat and not angled

 

I seem to remember someone saying that s10 Blazer fog lights were also similar. Maybe someone has measurements of the OEM Camaro fog lights that they could post?

 

Nah the s10 lights are similar to the 85-90 trans am.

 

I'll have to do some searching. I want to add some fog lights, but the OEM prices are insane.

 

The dimesions for the factory fog lights are 5-1/2" x 2-7/8". That is the complete width and height, not just the glass lens.

The Walmart lights aren't even close, and never were. At least not to the OE Iroc fog lights. They were sorta close to the Trans Am fog lights.

Most of the aftermarket fog lights are going to be cheap garbage.
