My RPO codes?

I figured out what most of my rpo codes mean, but soem of them either don't show up on the decoder (camarosource.ca) or on any lists.

The codes are:

FE1
GU2
IPB
MD8
N90
Y86
739

I really wish there was just a complete list somewhere out there. I know this website has a small list for 87-92, but it only showed 87 and 88 codes. Maybe we can recreate a full organized list?

Re: My RPO codes?

Straight off of Camaro Source:

FE1

SUSPENSION SYSTEM SOFT RIDE

GU2

AXLE REAR 2.73 RATIO

IPB

TRIM INTERIOR DESIGN (PB)

N90

WHEEL 15 X 7, ALUMINUM CAST, 4.75 INCH BOLT CIRCLE

Did you download the RPO decoder from this site? A complete list isn't anywhere near as easy as you make it out to be.

Re: My RPO codes?

Thanks! Where did you get those? I used the decoder at camarosource.ca. And yeah your right there are hundreds of codes out there, probably more.

Now I just need MD8, Y86, and 739.

Re: My RPO codes?

I went to the Camaro Source RPO decoder and copied and pasted them from your post.

Oh, and MD8 is for the 700R4

Oh, I see. Wonder why it didn't show those codes when I did it.

Hello chevydrvr!!

Y86 is Merchandised Package Camaro RS

739 is Seat belt Colour Flame Red (91)

MD8 AmorgetRS told you already!!

The 91 means for 1991 it was Flame Red, should carry over to 1992
