The information posted there appears to be duplicates of what you should already have, JT. I also see a problem with the last 2 lines that have UO5 as dual horns and UO5 as gauge package. These types of inaccuracies are what we need to refrain from publishing.

A UO5 would be more consistent with a Gauge thing, however GM rarely used the LETTER "O" in RPO's it was 99.9% of the time the NUMBER "0"
I found two exceptions ODJ which was Local GM of Europe and ODK which was also Local GM of Europe. Beyond that alphabetically I have not found any other Letter "O's" in RPO's Those were found in the 1997 Booklet.
