There is a full page on the 1985 California IROC 1C5 in the new Camaro Performers mag. Dec. 2012. Check it out.

 

You were a part of his thread here on TGO when he was looking for information, right?

 

I remember the thread where he was looking for info on the 1C5. In the article in camaro performers it says there was an advertisment for the 1C5 but he doesn't tell what magazine the ad was in.

 

Great to see third gens getting so much "press" lately!

 

I provided them with the picture / ad ... I only had the single page ad, not the whole magazine, it had a "MY BUDDY" kids toy doll ad on the back !

We think it must have been a regional CA area publication, because it doesn't seem to be in any of the car magazine of the time ...

I'm glad I could help get some more press out there for the California IROC. Thanks to all that helped me with information and to BumpaD82 for the picture. I was hoping my editor would have run the image larger, but at least it made it in.
