Seeing that you did not specify Firebird or Camaro,...
I am not sure, but I do not believe the Camaro was available with the LB9/MM5/G92 in Convertible trim in 1989, I know 1987 it was however... I am sure that from 1990-1992 the convertible was NA with the LB9/MM5/G92 combination, heck you could not order a T-top car with that combo either for those years.

True... Kinda... There was just over 600 Firebird Convertibles made from factory parts from 86-89 made by ASC, they had all the factory components, with factory part numbers, and in the same facility as the "Factory convertibles"... (Factory Convertibles were not made in the factory either). Nonetheless the Firebirds were Special Dealer Order cars.
