Thanks. Ha ha my car was not in good shape when I got it. A lot of detailing and mechanical work over the years has made a lot of difference.

Thats true. Now that I think about it I haven't posted to many pictures of it on here.
Ha ha the high mile thread is something that my car can fit in to so I figured I'd post a picture.

It has about 95k on it now and wasn't driven by the previous owner in 7yrs. I can't wait until the weather finally breaks her so I can finally put some miles on and break in the motor.

This is my 87 Sport Coupe it is my first car. Got her in December 2000 with 161,000 miles on her, and now has 255,000. She is looking a little rough around the edges, but runs fantastic

This is what she looked like 6 months after I got her.

And then in 2003 This is why the hood is a different color that the rest of the car. Some lady pulled out in front of me in a Santa fe I was going 50 MPH I couldn't slow down fast enough. cops sited her with failure to yield to the right of way.

Insurance company totaled her with $2,000 in damages. I bought her back and got her back together for just over $200. That is the same bumper cover I just heated it up and straighten it out

My 1983 Z28 reads it has 80,000 - 83,000 off the top of my head. I am figuring more in the 180,000 - 200,000. Still has the original 305. Burns oil but runs like a top. It has the wrong nose on the front it was in an accident and previous owners put on a sport couple nose.
My 89 Iroc Z rag top reads it has 18,xxxx but I am figuring it around 118,xxx there was a 350 TPI put in it so I don't know the miles on the motor.

Finally getting around to posting mine up here. 1986 Trans Am. Odometer reads 243,xxx. Bought it two years ago and been daily driving it ever since, including many 3 hour one way trips to college. Odometer broke shortly after I bought it, Figuring on about 300,000 by now lol. I need to get out and take some better pictures when she's clean.

FINALLY got the car out today for just the second time this year, and just gave it its first wash and wax of the year late last night:

Partly just been too busy, partly been playing with the new DD too much…snapped a couple of the cars together this afternoon when swapping them out:

220000 very hard miles. Every mechanical part has been rebuilt/replaced/or prayed not to break. It has had 9 abusive owners. It is my DD. My parents call it a profession, my wife calls it a POS, I call it a labor of love.
