Does anybody know what font this is for the 5.0 Liter H.O. for an 84 under the fender emblems?

 

The caps are similar to Good times, the other smaller letters you will have to search for. or make them yourelf

I did take some time and search fonts today. I think Controller Extended Two is going to be closest I am going to find.



I purchased the black stickers with the original graphic replacements from Phoenix Graphics. However we decided to paint the lower car black so they would not work. I did get them printed in red, but the wrong font. In addition I installed them in the wrong place.

 

That's a very nice Z28 emblem you have there. Did you get lucky and find nos emblems, or are they aftermarket? If they are aftermarket, the quality has improved greatly since the last time I looked.

 

They are from thepartsplaceinc off ebay. I thought they were to be original GM, but they had no GM markings on the back.



They mount exactly same as original and they are the exact same size even though picture shows they are different. The ad on ebay is stated

"1983-84 Camaro Z28 New Rocker Emblem - Red - GM # 2033659

" so it kinda leaves it open as not original GM.

 

After searching and locating a font that looked close, when I went to have them made up they did not have the font I chose. He ended up copying the original one I had. If anybody would like some, he has them saved on his computer and I can give you his number.

 

Sooo .. if he copied the originals does he have the ability to change the 5.0 to 6.3 ?
