That’s what I just called the owner to ascertain. He is an old guy as far as I can tell over the phone. He doesn’t know much about it but he’s pretty sure it’s TPI. He says the only thing not original are the *fuel injectors* according to the guy he bought it from.
He says it’s never had a door ding and is too nice for him to use as a daily driver. He said he never should have bought it.
The guy’s name is Charlie, incidentally.

That is a great deal..
The interior color is odd looking with the flame/gold combo.. but there aren’t many deals like that..
Must be a TPI.. wouldn’t the L03 come with 15” wheels? Probably wouldn’t be too hard to ask for a shot of the motor..

No TPI emblems anywhere. 16 inchers were a stand alone option.

I left Charlie a message. The Mustang gets picked up tomorrow.

Things I see:
Front spoiler scraped.
Aftermarket Chinese signal lamps.
Aftermarket exhaust.
No factory floormats.

Charlie is a nice guy. He's 81 years old and can't text or send pictures. Doesn't have a computer either. Someone is coming to look at the car Friday. If they don't buy it he'll call me.

Re: Nice ‘89 convertible IROC for sale
The owner just called me about this car today. He has a "lady friend" who knows how to use a cell phone and camera. When she gets back into town, she'll send me some pics.`
The person that came over a month ago left a deposit until he could sell his car, but then backed out. Charlie told me, "you know he had the nerve to ask for his deposit back after making me wait 30 days".
