I was lucky enough to obtain 1 of the 3, 1991 B4C 1LE 5 spd cars produced this week from several members from the 3rd gen community who knew of the car.
I would gladly take over maintaining "The List" that someone was working on about the B4C cars. I'm not sure anyone is actively updating & maintaining the list.
curious how many of the cars are still in existence.
Also a HUGE - THANK YOU to Erik Vee and Arnold Rodriguez for the lead on this car.
I'm only sharing this picture to show the existence of the car until I get things sorted out. I believe this car was manipulated through the system & was never "in service" as a police car.

I was told mine was not "In service" also. There is some interesting holes in the dash on mine where a bracket of some sort was attached. Even if you have the carfaxshowing the history it is hard to tell who had it, what's been done to it, or where the car has been. On my carfax it shows the original owner had it for a long time before it was sold a couple times and then it ended up in my hands. Nothing about a municipality owning it.

I would say 10% of the B4C's I have seen were not put into service. The ones that have been are either trashed completely or not perfect (had paint work done etc.).

Post some pictures of your car. I am interested in seeing what you have.
