Did factory secure rear of hood insulation on power bulge hoods?
talking about Formula style hoods. did the factory seceure the part closest to windshied?

If you mean the part in the turbo area, no. I use the hood blanket retainers, sand off the center, drill a hole in them and use the insert nuts/plastic to hold it up.
