What is this sheet?

I found this under the carpet on my 89 Iroc. I thought it was the build sheet but it痴 not. Looks like an inspection sheet from Van Nuys.

Yes, looks like assy line insp report. Looks like in RPO L49 the ground connection was "SHY". Probably not plugged in all the way. And your vert top "Z BAR" was loose. Interesting.

This sheet matches the vin on the dash and rpo sticker in the console. It would seem the rear defogger had some issue at assembly.

I know it as another name for the clutch cross-shaft, used in manual-trans cars' clutch linkages before manufacturers went to hydraulic clutch release systems.

Interesting for sure. It’s proof that there was/is quality control on the assembly line, but the Z Bar deal does make one wonder.
