Two Firebird Console Plates
I switched to a 4th gen console, so I do not need to keep these. Both were for power setups, one was customized with some tiny micro-switches mounted on a plate in the ashtray.
$20 for the pair.

Here are two pics:

Yes, they are for power mirrors.
As for what they fit, you'd have to ask someone else. I assume they will fit most 3rd gen Bird auto consoles, but perhaps there are differences between the very early console tops and the later ones? Again, I do not know.

By console cover, do you mean a lid for the storage area? I do have the console from my car that I am trying to get rid of. Not sure it is good enough for your needs...has a weird dent in it and the tension-hinge is not connected to it anymore.

If you need the lid, I'd separate it from the console for you.

Yeah, just the lid. The plastic underbase that the hinges fasten to on mine are fubar. That weird dent is - well, weird - but if the underbase is good I can make it all work.

Yeah, I have no idea what created that dent. lol
I'll examine the hinge mounting areas and get back to you by tomorrow or Tuesday at the latest.

If Wheelspin falls through, I will definitely take those two shift plates. Keep me in mind.

Hi Dave,
Haven't forgotten about you at all. I said I would have a price with shipping for you by Tuesday, and you can rest assured that by the end of this evening, I will.
Just got home from work, need to grade some papers and eat, then I'll find a box and weigh them and PM you.
Talk to you later.
Dave

Well, as a matter of fact, I haven't heard back from Wheel Spin about sending payment. Let me send him a PM, and if I don't hear back within 24 hours, I guess they'll properly be considered available.

Sorry, this may be slightly off topic, but im trying to take my console cover off. Its still in the car. I got the two bolts behind the window switches, and the one in the ashtray, but it still doesnt wanna come out. Seems like its getting stuck next to the "R" in the shift selector letters. How do i get it off? DO i need to take the heater controls, and radio part out?

The console plates and console door are now sold, so all that is left is the console base itself. As I recall, it needs to be cleaned and is in what I would describe as "average" condition. I can look in greater detail if you would wish.
If you can use it and are willing to pay UPS shipping charges, you can have it for shipping plus $10 for my time to package it.
