WTB AC/Dash Harness for 5-speed Camaro
I'm not sure exactly what years are compatible, but I'd be interested in any that are for my '89 IROC vert. I've heard through looking that I need a 5-speed specific harness but not necessarily the same year. Looking to spend somewhere around $100 shipped or any reasonable offer (condition dependant) to 61410. Thanks.

Re: AC/Dash Wiring Harness for '89 IROC
I am very interested in this if it's what I'm looking for. I'm honestly not 100% sure of what I need, but I think this would at least be a good start. One wire got burnt up and melted the whole loom (Before I bought it, and well before I tore it apart looking for a problem). What I have left is an electrical nightmare. So yes, I'd be very interested in whatever pics you have. Thanks a lot for your response.

I believe I have an 89' IROC Dash Harness! If interested I will double check in my warehouse. There is a difference in the Dash Harness between the R/S which is a TBI System and a IROC which is a TPI System. Also the 89' is a one year only harness which is a complete harness that does not come apart in sections likee the earlier years. The price runs $50.00 plus shipping and handling. If you have any questions or other needs we can be reached at (818) 700-7970.

Right now I'm pretty sure I specifically need a 5-speed dash harness. I think the year is less important than the transmission type. In any case, I still need one!

do you need a dash harness or engine harness? if you just need the dash harness I don't think it matters as the connector for the tranny is part of the engine bay wiring.

Re: AC/Dash Wiring Harness for '89 IROC
I'm working on getting a 89 5 speed set-up. I saw the car again today and I'm waiting for a price so I can strip the interior from it. It seems like this car belongs to one of the boneyard owners "buddy" so he didn't want me to touch it today.
The car had T-Tops, a TBI & AC. If I get the interior, will be complete with one exception.... I will retain the VATS box and place it with the column.
I'll update as soon as I have more info !
P.S. Better to have the clutch wiring in place if possible. Particularly with the VATS system, rather than splicing into the P/N wires on the automatic dash harness - then chasing the reverse light wiring. The Firebird Dash harnesses are compatable with Auto's or Sticks,... the Camaro harnesses are not.

So you'd have a complete dash harness from an '89 5-speed minus the VATS box? I intended to replace everything except that on mine, so I wouldn't have to get a new key and everything. Let me know what you find out, I'm very interested in getting my car out on the road!
