Looking for interior trim parts for my '88 IROC vert - need the black trim pieces for the windshield & front bow - header trim. Also the rear side panels, driver's side upper seat belt trim, the small weatherstrip pieces that go at the upper seat belt trim pieces, rear top release for the rod(not cable) release system. Thanks!

 

I have one of the trim pieces (the one on the top frame.) it has to cracks at the handle holes but not bad they could be epoxied and no one would ever know. LMK if interested.

this is the best pic. If you need anymore let me know. the 406 would go good with your t-5 swap just add vortec heads and an intake and you would be around 400 at the back wheels

I've got exactly 1 screw hole intact on mine, plus a piece missing. I could work with it, but yours is better. I'll take it. My header trim is even worse - missing pieces, is in 3 pieces. I can send you money now, or wait a day and see what Scott says about the other stuff? YOu said money order, right? You don't do Paypal? I think you told me that already. Thanks! lol let me know on the other stuff if you need pieces to fix your other I think I still have my original it was busted up pretty bad (in at least two pieces)but you could trim out the missing pieces for yours. If you want that I can throw it in as well. Hefty price tag on the leopard skin.

just for some info, early 88 and down is his style, later 88 and up to 92 isa different style latch system on the top of the windshield frame to connect the front edge of the convertable top down

 

Thanks for the help. I've seen the later style but didn't know it changed in mid '88. I've got the older style rod release system for the rear of the top. See plenty of cable releases with handles, rod system parts are scarce.

 

I found that other trim piece it is broken but you could probably make a good one between the two. lmk if you want it. just pay shipping.

no worries. I know that busy routine. Thought I had gotten on your nerves about that radio deal or something. I have the one piece from you, the top trim piece, looks like new. Well, yes you can see where it was cracked if you look, but like they say, a good cosmetic result from plastic surgery is not noticeable from a conversational distance. Finally got into my trim from the top of the windshield. Coming out pretty good, for having been in 3 pieces. I'll have to take pics. Plus my computer was down fo about 3 weeks. Yeah, if it's not too much bother, let me see what you've got.

 

I am really sorry I took so long just never got a round to getting pics. Here is all I could find it looks like two complete pieces. If you want all just make an offer. I am not looking for much I was thinking $25 and shipping for all of them.

 

Hey, don't worry about it. No rush here. You know, when I first got the car in July, I wanted it show ready by spring. Ha. Saw the money flying out the window (or on the credit card) plus the amout of time to get things done well. So I slowed down. Besides doing it is the fun. I'll send you pics when I get them restored.
