looking for the front seat belts for my 1984 Trans Am. the color is light tan - i believe it's called doeskin or saddle?? i only need the front seat belts. i don't need the female end next to the middle console or the brackets on the seats that hold the belts.

they look in decent shape. are the belts stained or faded up top? i would need both DS and PS. for some reason my car has mint dark gray / charcoal colored front seat belts. not sure how that happened.

 

RPO code on this car is 62C Light Saddle Cloth

64C is listed as LIGHT BEIGE, Cloth

So I guess they are a tad diff shade/color.

 

I'll keep looking for now but I'll probably take yours if I can't find 64C ones.
They'd match better than the gray ones I currently have.

Yes I am. I'm parting out that 85 camaro z28, an 84 camaro z28 and a '87 firebird

 

The correct tan for a KITT replica is from 82-84 camaro/firebird.Doeskin code 64


85+tan is NOT correct for a KITT replica

 

I'm not making a kitt replica. I'm just trying to find the correct color belts to replace the charcoal colored ones that were in my car when I bought it.

 

Not sure if your on there or not but on the nythirdgen Facebook page a set of 83-84 doeskin front seatbelts were listed today.

Hey man... I may have what you need now. I just picked up a 1983 TA (Black and gold) like an hour ago and it has the tan interior. I have not checked any codes or cond. of any parts yet, just wanted to let you know.

Here is the car on my trailer

 

RPO code is 64C, so they are the correct color... I won't be able to check them out tomorrow really, but I will check cond. on them and get pictures Wed. for sure.

Yes Sir,
It will be fully parted out. I sell fenders for $100 w/o the vents, $40 each for the vents, but I make "package" deals. If you want both fenders and vents I would let you have then for $240.

what is wrong with the 83? Is it too far gone for a restoration piece?

 

Yeah I would say so. I'm sure it could be restored, you know anything CAN be, but I think it would take more money, time and effort than it would be worth on this one.

It does have a lot of good usable parts though to help get other cars back on the road.

I have a set of 4th gen front seatbelts in that tan color. Only uses one roof retractor, and it comes with matching receivers if you would like. Slight modification is necessary but not much. PM me for details
