Unknown toggle switch?

Hi everyone! I was changing some fuses the other day on my firebird and I noticed a toggle switch next to the fuses in the fuse box. Whats that for? Thanks.

Nothing that came from the factory, thats for sure. It could be one of many things. Could be a kill-switch to prevent theft (but that woudl be a bad place to put one). Could be a remote started enable/disable switch. Could be an alarm on/off switch. Could be a manual radiator fan switch. Could be a remote amplifier on/off switch. Could be a fog lamp switch. Could be dozens of other things.

Take some pictures of it and its wiring and post them up. Take a look at where the wires for the switch lead to. Thats the best way to find out what its for.

play with your alarm (key fob) if you have one. i found a small switch under there and it was a valet switch. no trunk access, no alarm beep, etc.
