aftermarket steering column options?

im so sick of my loose tilt column! i took it apart 2 times now and tightened the bolts. i dont hang on it gettin in and out, but i dont tend to pull push when cornering fast. just wondering if it possible to buy something like this and make it work. i know it wont wire right up or bolt right up. but with some mods it should work. right? thanks guys part#535-1120350020 on jegs if my lnk is wrong. thanks for any help guys

Here is their catalog. One of their universals should work, with some effort. Biggest problem I see is that they only support on/off wipers. They don't have an accessory to control multi-speed or delay wipers.
