I have a set from Dakota Digital in my 92 RS, Photo Bucket is offline for maintenance or I'd post a picture (later when it's pack up) They show in my sig randomly when you refresh your browser. They've been there for about 5 years. They require you to send a ready to install set of gauges to them for conversion, turnaround time is 90 days (it took mine that long). They cost more now than when I got them (I paid a bit more than $900)

Nordskog also makes a set for significanly less, but some assembly is required on your part.

EDIT: Photo Bucket is back up, here's a picture of my gauges...

I checked on these the guy from dakota said that it is 1050.00 for them and they require half up front and a gauge bezel and half on completion of the gauges.

They've changed their policy since I bought mine, and the price has gone up by about $100 too. IIRC I paid for mine all up front, but in any case, I paid lump sum (might have been easier half and half). When they say 90 day turn around time, they mean it. I found a working set from a junk yard and sent that in, that way I still had gauges in my daily driver (I didn't have my 89 when I did these).
