Re: Speakers sizes?

4x6 up front, 6x9 in back. Rears are behind the cloth on the sides. This would be better posted in the audio forum here.

Re: Speakers sizes?

you might know this already but regular 4x6 speakers suck. Id put the plate style that have a tweeter and a small round speaker in it.

Re: Speakers sizes?

No, there's nowhere near enough room in the dash to mount 6.5" speakers. 4x6's barely fit, and they have to be fairly shallow ones. I tried fitting 5.25" speakers there, but they were too deep. The plate speakers that UnderCover89TBI is talking about are ones like these:

Instead of a single 6x9 speaker, you have a 6x9 plate that mounts 2 speakers, one mid-range, and one tweeter.

I put 6 1/2" in my dash......... but it was stupid... lol i had to custom make the holes for them. and then they stood up too tall and rattled off the dash so i had to get a spare dash top and cut holes it in and cover them with a black cloth lol it was wayy to much work lol but it sounds good
