Speakers sizes?
Hey guys I just got a deck for the Camaro havnt put it in yet. I was wondering what the sizes were? Up front is it 4x6? and what is it in the back? Also were are the rear speakers? Its a 1989 Camaro RS. Thanks guys

4x6 up front, 6x9 in back. Rears are behind the cloth on the sides. This would be better posted in the audio forum here.

you might know this already but regular 4x6 speakers suck. Id put the plate style that have a tweeter and a small round speaker in it.

No, there's nowhere near enough room in the dash to mount 6.5" speakers. 4x6's barely fit, and they have to be fairly shallow ones. I tried fitting 5.25" speakers there, but they were too deep. The plate speakers that UnderCover89TBI is talking about are ones like these:
