Can I put a Reverse glow overlay on my cluster?

Axle/Gears: 3.43 posi
Can I put a Reverse glow overlay on my cluster?
This came with my car, even when all the lights worked the cluster did not light up like it'd like (ie. plasmeh's)
Will led bulbs do the trick to make my cluster light up reverse or can i buy one of the reverse glow overlays (ebay special), like will those work if my gauges are already white?

it looks to me like theres already an overlay kit on there right now and that either the bulbs got moved or the overlay is too thick, thats just my $.02, and i do like the way that those other lights look...pretty sexy, if i had the needs to do it, i'd probably do that lol, but i dont think i can come up with an excuse to change out my guages yet lol

yo get them on ebay, I have only seen the one's with 145 speedo though
