It's a 95% fit, requires new holes for the front seatbelt mounts and you'll probably want to cut away the extended back area that overlaps the existing 3rd gen rear cargo area carpeting. Otherwise, it fits the contours of the floorboard almost exactly.

yup, just did that to my car last weekend and hes 100% right. the seatbelt holes dont line up in the front and i cut off the extra in the trunk, but other than that it looks real good. i couldnt get it to quite lie flat on the passenger side but i figure floor mats will cover that when i get some. went from black to ebony and now my carpet matches my seats for a fraction of the cost of new carpet. ill post some pics sometime over the weekend =)

as promised here are the pics. its in my garage so the lightings not so good, and im still workin on my car so there are tools everywhere, but other than that you get the idea. i think the carpet looks great and was only 45 bucks!!

more pics. in the second one i tried to show how it doesnt quite lie flat on the passenger side, but it didnt turn out to well. also forgot to take pic of how i cut it over transmission tunnel, try and get one up later =)
