In my dad's Mustang we've found several pennies, and half a billiar ball... Not much else, as I live in Australia so the interior had to be cleaned out to pass customs. Also, in a friends Corvette we've found pennies (which is odd because that car spent several years in Japan before being brought over here), a ton of car-care products, wax and polish and such, and a disassembled CD-stacker.

When i worked at an oil change, i took the air cleaner lid off a truck and found a kitten. It attacked me, ran over the guys head that was down stairs. We figured it ran away outside, till the next morning we found droppings, this happened for a week before we found the kitten. Then i put it in one of my co-workers girl friends cars when she came to have lunch with him, and they had it ever since.

that was all in the storage well. I haven't taken the seats out or anything yet.

That's a pretty awesome haul haha. I wouldn't mind a free maglite and a craftsman ratchet.

I bought my car from the police as it was a stolen vehicle and the original owner never claimed it because he had a warrant out for his arrest. Inside the bag for the t-tops I found gloves a few screwdrivers and small pair of bolt cutters. Wonder what they were for!

I found a gas bill from previous owner, and near twenty pens of various kinds, along with a box of fuses and spare change. Pretty standard stuff, nothing exciting.
The previous owner had wrapped a chain around the tranny and crossmember (ok...) and foil wrapped the starter (ok...) and also had SPEAKER WIRE as the ignition wires. WTF? I'll see if I can find the pic I took.

I found all the usual change and cigarette butts but the thing i find the most amusing is the license plate was GUNSLGR(gun slinger) when I got it and if you look at pouch in the back of the original seats you can see the imprint where a gun used to be. Also there was a cut out under the drivers seat in the carpet into the insulation...my guess would be to hide his dime sack??

Re: No doubt a pointless thread, but what's the weirdest thing youv'e found in your c
Haven't really found anything in my camaro but I had an 87 ranger I drove for over a year when the starter went out, I got under to remove it and there was a spark plug loged in the gear! Not sure how it got there or how long it had been there!
Another find was in my wifes 04 durango. I was going to change the oil and couldn't find my short extension so I got under there and there was one hanging between some suspension stuff! LOL! Funny thing is that was the first time I'd worked on it so I guess the last guy left it for me!

Nothing in my formula, but I'd kinda expect that when buying from a tgo member.
The v6 on the other hand, had nothing until today... I found an old hammer in the driver's side spring...

Lot of good stuff in this thread
As for myself I found a dusty old twinkie inside the dash of my 87 camaro. I saw it as I lifted the top of the dash. It was just lying there, on the passenger side air duct. Aslo, I found the remains of an alarm system in there. The alarm box and maybe half the wiring was still connected, but none of the wires led anywhere.

Re: No doubt a pointless thread, but what's the weirdest thing youv'e found in your c
Didn't find anything strange in my thirdgen, but i did find my neighbors girlfriend passed out in the back seat of my dads car one morning. Apparently she drank too much and nobody noticed when she wandered off.

I just bought a 79 camaro, the owner had lost the keys and was very concerned that there was something important in the trunk... when i had a locksmith cut a key for it, i found about 80 lbs of newspapers, a full case of budweiser, and a brand new garden hose. all the newspapers and the beer were circa 1994, which was about the time he parked the car.
some of the budweiser had exploded from freezing, and some had nearly exploded, but there were several that were still intact. so i threw them in the fridge and drank one.... it was pretty gross, but not as bad as i thought it was going to be.
the rest of the beer is being randomly deposited in unsuspecting friends fridges...
