Pivots, huh.
Well butter my butt, & call me a biscuit -- that's a new one on me.
Without examining your vehicle, I can't be absolutely certain. But I'm
willing to bet that the floor pan mounting pattern is the same on both
sides. The seat frames are also usually identical. My Formula came
with a tilt seat-track on the drivers side, which will be changed to the
passenger side after I put in the 6-way power track for the driver.

The Dr/pass floor boards have different contours. As do the seat tracks (Both Dr/pass Rr mounts face outward. So the Dr. track will not drop right in.
With that said i did this mod ten years ago.You will have to fabricate mounts for the Rr of the seat track & they will have to be much shorter.Since the seat tack has the pivot mechanism, it is taller than the standard track. So the Rr mounts have to be shorter. The front mounts should be fine.Even so, the seat will be slightly higher than with the original seat track.
Also the little arm on the seat track that releases the track to adjust back/forth will drag on the carpet. So i drilled a hole just above the original hole & moved the rod into that spot.I then cut the portion below that.So it wouldnt dig in the carpet as much.
Other that the seat being slightly taller.Ive no issues with it after 10+ years.
