Gauge Problem

Car: 1984 Camaro Z-28
Engine: 305 4bbl
Transmission: TH350
Axle/Gears: 3.23
Gauge Problem
I am changing gauges from the 85 gauges to the 87 gauges. I have a changed the sensors and gauges out. but my tach, won't work and I am trying to find out why my tach wont work. If anyone knows what is wrong let me know
