Turn signal problem

Turn signal problem

So if any one can help if been fighting this for bit. I cant turn my brights on unless the stering wheel is all the way up. and if is is in any other position then it just goes back and forth and dosent engadge so is it the sterring column or the switch please help if u can.

It's the high beam switch - it's located at the bottom of the steering column, above the brake pedal. It is adjustable - take the under dash panel off, lean the seat back all the way, get in upside down with feet at headrest and face up with a flash light and a 7mm socket and handle or rachet with extensions. You can tell which one by moving the lever and watching for the moving rod - loosen the bolts just enough to slide the switch very minimally up towards the steering wheel, retighten (easy here - they strip easily), and check.
